We appreciate the interest - but we have to be honest with you.
After reviewing your submission, we don't think we're the right match for your business at this stage. This isn't a rejection - it's us being upfront so we don't waste your time or ours.
Our model isn't built for everyone - and that's intentional.
We follow a strict blueprint for how we deliver managed IT. It works extremely well for the right businesses - but when the fit isn't there, it creates friction for everyone. Here's what we've learned after years in the industry.
We work best with 10+ staff
Smaller teams usually have one person wearing many hats - including IT. That's a smart survival move for early-stage businesses, but it doesn't sit well with a managed IT model that needs ownership, process, and structure to work properly.
Our minimum is $2,000/month
Below this threshold, we genuinely can't deliver what we promise. The tools, the people, the proactive work - it all has a real cost. Businesses at this stage are often in cost-saving mode, and that's the opposite of what great managed IT requires.
We prefer businesses 12+ months established
Very new businesses are still finding their feet - priorities shift weekly, budgets flex, and the appetite for long-term commitments isn't always there. Our model is built on long-term partnership and a stable environment to manage.
Nothing personal - just goals not aligned.
Businesses under these thresholds are typically in a different mode. They're focused on keeping costs low, doing more with less, and aren't quite at the stage where they need - or can fully use - a dedicated IT partner operating at this level. When we try to force that fit, it creates friction for both sides.
We'd rather be honest now than disappoint you six months down the track. That's not how we do business.
Where to go from here
If you're early stage or a startup
Look at a cloud-first, self-managed setup with Microsoft 365. Pay-as-you-go support from a freelance IT consultant will serve you better right now. Come back when you're scaling.
If budget is the constraint
That's completely fine - many of our best clients started exactly where you are. Bookmark us, keep growing, and reach out in 6–12 months when the timing works. We'll welcome the conversation.
If the owner handles IT themselves
Our free resource library has practical guides, checklists, and templates to help you manage IT smarter on your own - no engagement needed.
If you meet the $2,000/month minimum - we'll take another look.
If you've read everything above and still believe your business is ready for this level of IT partnership - and you're confident you meet the $2,000/month minimum commitment - reach out and we'll review your situation personally.
No hard sell. If the conversation reveals a genuine fit, we'll move forward. If not, we'll tell you honestly.
