Why we're being upfront

Our managed IT service works best for businesses that are:

  • Established for at least 1 year with stable operations
  • Running a team of 5 or more staff who depend on technology
  • Able to invest at least $1,000-$2,000/mo in professional IT management
  • Looking for a long-term IT partner, not a one-off fix

What we suggest instead

If you're a startup or very early stage

Consider a pay-as-you-go IT support option or a cloud-first setup with Microsoft 365. Many providers offer smaller, project-based engagements that suit early-stage businesses better than a monthly managed contract.

If budget is the constraint right now

We'd encourage you to revisit us in 6-12 months as your business grows. Many of our current clients started where you are now. When the time is right, we'd love to talk.

If you need a one-off project

Reach out via our contact page. While we don't take on break-fix work as a rule, we occasionally make exceptions for well-scoped projects that could lead to a longer relationship.
