We are a deliberately small, senior team. When we hire, we hire carefully — for culture fit, technical depth, and the ability to work directly with clients in complex environments. There are no open roles at this time.

What We Look For When We Do Hire
Client-first mindset
Our clients are business owners and practice managers under real pressure. We look for people who take that seriously.
Technical depth, not just breadth
We work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Sophos, and legal practice management software. We want people who go deep on what they work with.
Ownership
We are a small team. Everyone owns their work end-to-end — from the initial ticket to the verified resolution.
Clear communication
We explain complex IT to non-technical people every day. Writing and speaking clearly is a core skill here.
Internships
We are not offering internships at this stage. Our team structure and client commitments require people who can work with full autonomy from day one. We appreciate the interest and may revisit this in future.
