Whether you're moving in a new direction, bringing IT in-house, or changing providers — every partnership deserves to end as professionally as it began.
- You provide written notice of cancellation, per the 30-day notice period in your agreement.
- We acknowledge your notice within one business day and assign a dedicated offboarding coordinator.
- We confirm your final service date and answer any immediate questions.
- We prepare a tailored offboarding plan covering systems, services, and key dates.
- We invite your incoming IT provider (or internal team) to coordinate directly with us.
- We agree on timing so the handover causes zero disruption to your operations.
- We compile, verify, and organise your full documentation and handover package.
- Your new provider is invited to receive everything securely through our portal.
- All information exchanged through the portal — never over email or insecure channels.
- Outstanding invoices are settled and your account is reconciled.
- Once final payment is received, the complete handover package is released.
- We remove all access within 2 business days and provide written confirmation.

Notice Period
Our standard notice period is 30 days from the date written notice is received, unless your agreement states otherwise. This gives both sides enough time to coordinate a clean, unhurried handover.
Offboarding Costs
Standard handover work is typically included. For complex environments, some work may be chargeable. If any costs apply, we always discuss and agree them with you upfront — there are never any surprises.
Outstanding Payments
All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before any handover documentation is released. This ensures we can close your account cleanly and fairly, and protects both sides.

Yes — and we actively encourage it. We prefer to coordinate directly with your incoming provider to ensure a smooth handover. The more aligned we are with them, the faster and cleaner the transition. Teamwork makes the handover work.

Will offboarding interrupt our business?
No. Minimising disruption is our top priority. We plan, coordinate, and communicate every step. Boring is good. Stable is better.
Are there any offboarding fees?
No hidden fees. Standard handover work is typically included. If any applicable costs exist (e.g. for complex environments or extended coordination), we'll let you know upfront. Surprises are for birthdays.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the size and complexity of your environment — typically 2 to 4 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront and stick to it. Rome wasn't migrated in a day.
