What is IT Support and Why Do I need it?

IT support exists so you can spend more time running your business and less time worrying about being hacked, dealing with malware or receiving spam emails as a few examples.

So many businesses we deal with on a daily basis simply don’t have a good enough IT infrastructure. What do we mean by this? Well, in a nutshell the process, licences and products in place to ensure your information is safe, secure and backed up. Its terrifying to think that someone could hack into your websites, email, computer or server and steal company information or worse still money! An often overlooked consideration is malware protection across a number of user or staff computers and a secure file sharing server that’s cloud based and regularly backed up, more often than not it can only take one staff members computer to be out of date in terms of some form of software licences and this puts the entire company at risk especially those who share data via networks
